Many people ask me what I am currently reading, or if I have any books I would recommend to help them start with a soul journey. If they are posted here, they encouraged some insight in my personal and professional application either in my own life or in my teachings to others.

Welcome to the Young Knights Podcast!
This is a podcast created by my son McColl Finch (age 13/14).
“I use story and meditation to bring valued and timely discussion to life lessons we experience in our everyday lives. I draw from the chapters of a favorite influential book of mine by author Ethan Hawke. It is intended to bring rich discussion on compassion, growth mindset, gratitude practice and beginning meditation to youth and their families.
We are glad you are hear and hope you enjoy tuning in. Please help us grow the Young Knights Community and feel free to share forward to your loved ones, students and neighbors.”

FREE Soft Belly Meditation
Belly meditations are similar to body scans in that they allow one to focus lovingly on the body, except they specifically hold the awareness on the abdomen. We can wittingly or unwittingly constrict our bellies and trap negative emotions like fear and/or pain there which can block deep breathing and distort body awareness. Try out this 10 minute practice for free and restore deep breathing, and return the vital flow of energy to your body, mind and spirit.
