What does a meditation coach do?
Certified Meditation Instructors guide those who seek mental clarity and robust wellbeing through meditation. The methods I teach predominately draw from somatic, trauma informed practices and embodiment exercises from the Realization Process®. I also have extensive training in trauma which I think is a necessary component to address meditation holistically.
The exciting part of working with meditation is: you never know what you are going to get. And the scary part of working with mediation is: you never know what you are going to get. So let’s be prepared for whatever arises and handle it with a calm and professional demeanor.
